Learn Access the easy way with our instructor led courses. We have courses for beginners and experienced users, and cover all versions of Access from 2013 onwards. You can do the training online or at your workplace, at a time to suit you. Either way, you'll have a live instructor on hand to demonstrate how to use Access effectively and answer your questions.

Recommended Learning Path
To get the most out of our Access courses, we recommend delegates follow this path. It isn't necessary to attend all courses in the path if a delegate has equivalent skills or experience to pre-requisite courses.
Access Introduction
Duration: 1 Day
Pre-requisites: Basic use of a computer
This course is aimed at users who are new to Access. On completion of the course the delegates should be able to understand database concepts and terminology, and work confidently in a database - working with tables, selecting specific records from queries and producing reports.

Access Intermediate
Duration: 1 Day
Pre-requisites: Basic use of Access
This course is intended for users who have attended the Access Introduction course and/or who are able to design their own database and produce simple queries & reports. It will enhance their existing knowledge and give them an understanding of the major features and functions within Access.

Access Advanced
Duration: 1 Day
Pre-requisites: Able to create tables, forms, queries and reports in Access
This course is intended for users who already have a good working knowledge of Access or who have successfully completed the Access Intermediate course. By the end of the course the delegate should feel confident to design and build relational databases that incorporate macro automation, manipulate data with advanced queries and produce advanced form and report design.

Half Day Courses
Duration: 3 Hours
Any of the one day courses above can be split into half day courses. You can either cover half of the course content in a one off half day session, or complete the one day curriculum over two half day sessions. Please enquire, for further information.
