Learn Visio the easy way with our instructor led courses. We have courses for beginners and experienced users, and cover all versions of Visio from 2016 onwards. You can do the training online or at your workplace, at a time to suit you. Either way, you'll have a live instructor on hand to demonstrate how to use Visio effectively and answer your questions.

Recommended Learning Path

To get the most out of our Visio courses, we recommend delegates follow this path. It's not necessary to attend all courses in the path if a delegate has equivalent skills or experience to pre-requisite courses.

Visio Introduction

Duration: 1 Day

Pre-requisites: Familiarity with using a Windows PC

This course has been designed for users who are new to Microsoft Visio. The course covers how to get started with Visio, drawing and formatting basic shapes, working with text, flowcharts, working with pages and page setup, adding images, organisation charts and printing.

Visio 2016 Visio 2019 Visio 365

Visio Advanced

Duration: 1 Day

Pre-requisites: Basic Use of Visio

This course is for people with some experience of using Visio who would like to know how to do more than basic diagrams. The course covers working with pictures and objects, scaled drawings, layered drawings, styles, templates, shape sheets, working with stencils and master shapes, layouts and routing, and shape data.

Half Day Courses

Duration: 3 Hours

Any of the one day courses above can be split into half day courses. You can either cover half of the course content in a one off half day session, or complete the one day curriculum over two half day sessions. Please enquire, for further information.
